How often do you publish new posts?
New posts are typically shared once a week. Each one is designed to be thoughtful, easy to read, and nourishing—perfect for a quiet moment during nap time or in between the chaos.
Do I need to be Catholic, or a mother to enjoy this blog?
Not at all. While the heart of the blog is rooted in motherhood, women in all walks of life—especially those who long for peace, connection, and spiritual encouragement—are warmly welcome.
Is all of your content Waldorf-based/-inspired?
While much of what I share is deeply inspired by the Waldorf philosophy, Mama’s Wonderland is not exclusively Waldorf-based. I draw from a composite of educational approaches that speak to the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit.
Waldorf education is the foundation, especially in its reverence for rhythm, beauty, and the nurturing of wonder. But I also weave in insights from Erik Erikson’s theory of psychosocial development, which highlights the emotional and relational growth of children at every stage of life.
In short, my content is guided by what supports the flourishing of both mother and child—with Waldorf as a compass, and other gentle, time-tested theories offering light along the way.
